Staff Applicant Pastoral Recommendation

Dear Pastor/Session, thank you for taking the time to help us know our applicants. Your candid answers to these questions will greatly help us in serving the youth and families of FCBC and in running a conference that will help young people grow in Christ. Please answer the questions detailed in the form below and email to the director of the conference for which the applicant is applying to volunteer.

Steps to Complete Recommendation

  2. Fill out the form, print physical copy, and sign
  3. Scan signed copy
  4. Send to the relevant conference(s) by clicking on their name below

If the applicant has applied to counsel for multiple conferences, you may send the same letter of recommendation to each of the relevant conference directors. Thank you!
