The French Creek Bible Conference Association has been providing young people and families a unique opportunity to experience a time of refreshment, learning, excitement, and challenge – all based on our commitment to three principles:
God’s Word
Qualified Bible teachers present God’s Word faithfully each day in engaging, age appropriate morning and evening Bible sessions. Campers also enjoy fellowship and instruction through cabin and personal devotional times.
God’s Creation
Whether you’re gazing at the stars, hiking the many trails, canoeing the lake or observing local wildlife, you can see God’s handy work all around! We encourage both the enjoyment of His world, as well as our role in properly caring for it.
God’s People
We are committed to helping build and foster godly relationships among God’s children, and encouraging them to live lives glorifying to Him.
That’s what the French Creek Bible Conferences have been all about for more than half a century. Originally established to provide spiritual teaching and Christian fellowship to the young people of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, the conferences now serve many Christian churches, as well as reach out to young and old alike who have not yet met Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
Located in the scenic beauty and relative seclusion of Group Camp #1 in French Creek State Park, the conferences feature teaching from God’s Word, singing, home-cooked meals, swimming, hiking, games and other outdoor activities.
Conferences are staffed by many volunteers who give their time to serve the Lord in His ministry. We believe it is essential to have a well-trained staff who are attentive to the needs and safety of each camper. All volunteers undergo a National Criminal Background and Protection From Child Abuse Check. Certified medical personnel are always on duty.
